Breathwork Journeys
What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a facilitated, experiential practice that uses conscious, intentional breathing to support awareness, presence, and inner exploration. By working with the breath in a structured way, participants are invited into a deeper connection with their body, emotions, and inner landscape.
The breath becomes a doorway. Each session is a guided journey, supported by music, intention, and attentive facilitation.

• emotional awareness and release
• clarity during life transitions
• reconnection with the body
• insight into patterns, beliefs, or inner narratives
• a sense of grounding and integration
Experiences vary from session to session, and no specific outcome is expected or required.
What a Session Is Like
A typical breathwork session includes:
• a brief check-in and intention setting
• guidance on the breathing pattern
• a facilitated breath journey with music
• time for rest, reflection, and integration
Sessions are offered one-on-one and in group settings, in person or online, depending on the offering.
You are always encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
My Approach to Breathwork
I mainly facilitate activating and altered-states breathwork, a style that uses rhythmic, continuous breathing to gently shift awareness and open access to deeper layers of experience.
These sessions are experiential rather than talk-based. Participants often describe sensations such as emotional release, imagery, insights, or a felt sense of clarity and connection. Each journey is unique and unfolds according to the individual.
All sessions are facilitated with care, consent, and respect for personal pacing and boundaries.
